how can I create multiple forms on one page

is this possible?  I would like to have 9 separate miniature forms on one larger form

You can embed the 9 smaller forms into a single form using iFrame widgets:

http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/iframe_embed

This will load each form in a separate frame within the main form.
