Common Name Field that all my forms can reference

Hi,

I have a lot of forms that all use a name field that has is the same content on all forms.

My question is, is there a way I can have one master list that each of my form can reference, so I only need change that instead of changing every form every time.

Is this about having a master form so you can clone it and make other forms based on this?

Okay my fault, I'm never understood at first. 

I have a staffing agency and we work for a lot of different companies. 

At the end of each shift, the staff have to fill out a sales form each. We have created one for each of the companies we work for, (about 20) At the top of each form they have to find their name from the drop down menu so we know who worked that shift.

As this is a temporary staffing agency, staff come and go on a weekly, sometimes daily basis. So I am always having to updates 20 different forms with a new drop down names list and copy and paste in to all the forms separately. This takes a while.

So I was wondering, a bit like a remote master field text document, if I could use some code in the drop down name box to all reference this one master names file. A text document or something..

Hi Graham,

Unfortunately, we currently do not have this feature where you can reference the option value of your drop down field so it will reflect to all of your forms. You will need to manually update the drop down field for all of your forms.
