I checked your account and it seems like you have already upgraded to Bronze yearly plan.
Regarding the over quota, when you reached any of your submission limits, it will prompt you that you have reached your quota, all of your forms will temporarily be disabled. To continue using the forms, you can upgrade to a higher subscription plan OR wait for the account limits to reset which happens every 1st day of the month.
You can also check your account usage directly in this link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/usage. Make sure you are logged in.
