[Suspension] Form not found, form is disabled

Even a very simple one field only form seems to be blocked,  I have not published any web site yet, I'm still in the throes of designing it but I can´t preview a form or embed it in a web page.

Not sure if this is relevant but I signed up to JotForm the other day,  However, I did have an account many years ago as well (I think).

The issue was related to log in forms with password fields which were considered as suspicious by our anti-phishing system. We do not support login/membership forms.

The forms in question have been removed and your account re-activated.
