If you exceed your submissions limit for current month, you account status will be "OVERLIMIT" and you won't access your forms during the same month. The first day of the next month, your submissions' counter will reset and you can able to use your forms again.
In the "OVERLIMIT" situation, you have two option. One is waiting for next month and the other one is upgrade your account to upper plans.
