I have a question about pricing

    Hi there.

    I am a designer at a marketing company ( http://camllc.org/ )who is helping out a management company ( http://plusmgt.com/ ) get set up with online applications through jotform and process payment. 

    My question today is that I need to upgrade them to a premium plan- Something I had hoped to do jsut before Christmas so I could of got the 50% off deal. Is it possible, considering I am a reselling this product and have many other account with jotform, that I could get that pre-holiday deal that was offered. I was unable tto get the client to approve this process and therefore waited to upgrade the account.

    If you are going to update your account to premium then the price still the same. We are not sure if the 50% off will be back this year.

    While I do understand your position, unfortunately, our system is now reconfigured for the standard pricing structure, it would take some effort to reintroduce the sale prices for one upgrade. The terms and duration of the sale were made clear at the time. 

    I am sorry that I am unable to provide you with some happier news.
