JotForm is a free online form builder which helps you create online forms without writing a single line of code. No sign-up required.
We believe that if one user has a question, there could be more users who may have the same question. This is why many of our support forum threads are public and available to be searched and viewed. If you’d like help immediately, feel free to search for a similar question, or submit your question or concern.
I have checked your form and noticed that the width of the form is at 100%.
This means that the form's width will be based on the div tag that encapsulates the iframe. I checked the code of your website and have come to the conclusion that the div tag on the screenshot below is the code that is affecting the width of the form.
If the width of this div tag is changed, the form will change its width along with it.
If you prefer to change the form without changing the div tag, then we may suggest that you or your developer to insert the iframe outside of this tag.
Do inform us if you need further assistance on this matter.
