How to send to separate emails?

    hi
    on my page I have two buttons for sending email . The first send an email to my sellers the second I would like him to send an email with a form for the survey quality . Can I use two buttons to send two different actions

    Hello UNICORC,

    Please be noted that though you can have multiple submit buttons in form but you cannot trigger two different action on click event.

    If I understand your question correctly, after the form is submitted you want to send two emails with different content. Is that correct?

    You need to just add two notification email alert in your form and both of them will be sent after the form is submitted. You may like to take a look at the following guide on how to add new email alert in form:  http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
