All of the forms that I create through jotform are secure.  In the past few months, we have realized that many of our forms are not showing up in the regular jotform.com website, so we started using the secure.jotform website to download and print our forms.

Now, we are finding that sometimes a form only shows in the secure.jotform webiste and sometimes they only show in the jotform website.  Is there anything we can do to make sure they all go the same place initially?

The first place your should check for your submissions is http://www.jotform.com , occasionally there is a lag with submissions replicating from https://secure.jotform.com to http://www.jotform.com, if you think this may be happening and you need to see the submissions immediately, it is worth having a look on https://secure.jotform.com for them.

However, If the synching between https://secure.jotform.com and http://www.jotform.com is taking more than several hours, it probably is best that we are made aware of it.

Is there particular form(s) that after a day or so, dont contain the same the submissions on both https://secure.jotform.com & http://www.jotform.com ?

I will ask the developers to see if we can have them synched up for you.

Thank you.  The form I attached http://jotform.com/grts/pirsig has one submission that only shows up in the regular jotform website. It is completely absent in the secure site.  We have found this with a few other forms as well.  There are times that forms do not make it from the secure site to the regular site for 1-2 days, so we typically just check the secure site now.  We need 1-2 days turn around with many of our submissions, so we cannt wait 1-2 days to recieve them.

I notice that the link you have provided is not making use of a JotForm secure URL.

    It should be : https://secure.jotform.com/grts/pirsig

Is it possible that you have distributed some links to your forms that aren't in fact using a secure URL?

My apologies - I do always use the secure one. I just typed this one out when I posted it, rather than pulling the original link from our website. I embed the secure one within all of the coding, so I only recieve secure submissions.

    OK, understood.

I do think think this issue may have been related to a problem we had with our secure server at one point last week.

I have, however, escalated your problem to our developers to see if they can offer any further advice.

If some of the submissions are not replicated to the other site even after a long time, you can try editting them on the Submissions page. That might replicate them back to the other site. We have some self-healing code that will replicate those missing entries.

Thank you.  Ultimately, as long as we can access them, we do not have to replicate.  We download them into a spreadsheet, print them off, and delete them from the jotforms website.

The data coordinator who is in charge of the submissions just gets frustrated when she has to check both sites each time a submission comes through. She would just like to see them all end up in one place.
