I am not receiving emails from our form

    Hello,

    Are are using a contact us form and the emails are not being delivered.  I need to see if you can check the mail logs to find the non-delivery error so I can fix the issue.  We are using trend micro for exchange 2007 protection.  Our actual jotform URL is

    Is it the wXXXXfo@weXXXXfoods.com notifications that dont seem to be getting through?

    Our mail logs are reporting those emails are being accepted from delivery by the remote email host. 

     

    I suggest using noreply@jotform.com as the Sender Email of those emails 

    OR 

    having the email provider whitelist our email server IP addresses:

    174.34.57.214, 174.34.57.216, 174.34.57.218, 174.34.57.219, 208.117.50.251
