Clarification on pricing packages

To Whom It May Concern:

Regarding your "Free" package, are you allowed only 100 submissions per year?  If so, is that per form under a given user account, or cumulative total of all submissions for all forms under a single user?

Thank you for contacting us.

If you are using a free account , the limit is 100 submissions per month, so you can get 100 submissions and when you reach the limit you will be notified about that, it's accumulative, so you can have,for example, two forms and receive 50 submissions in one of them and 50 in the another one.

If you often reach the limit and you need to still get more responses, then you will have to upgrade your account to a paid one, here the link to our pricing page : https://www.jotform.com/pricing
