    We got this email "Your JotForm Account sfsites is Suspended"

    I created a goal setting worksheet for my new clients. We are making a questionnaire for the website with it.

    I have checked and your account is autosuspened by our Phishing system. I have inspected your form and I did not found any fields that are against our Terms of use, so I have activated your account. Your account and your form are now active.
