Paypal Pro Integration: Customers paying AMEX credit card

Asked by Adam on December 12, 2015 at 09:51 AM

    Hi Charlie,

80% of our clients pay with AMEX from the US.

How can we find a workaround for these clients to pay via the PayPal Payments Pro platform with their American Express cards from the US?

    Best regards,

    Dean

Could you please share us the form and the account username you have?

If your customers are located in USA, and your Paypal account is indeed a valid Website Payment Pro account. Then you should be able to received the payments using that credit card.

Could you share us a screenshot of the error? We'll wait for your response.

Thanks for your reply - we have a valid Website Payment Pro account in the UK. We are accepting AMEX card payments from the UK card holders, the problem is when cardholders from the US try to pay, it is not excepted.
