Resetting Submissions Counter Limits

I tried 3 test submission and I reached 3/100 at submission. I already deleted 2 of them. But it still shows 3. When is it going to lower? Is it daily/monthly/yearly? Or I just need to wait few more minutes? Because if it's permanent, JotForm is really expensive...

I have recalculated your submissions counter and I can see it showing the correct number now.

It was probably due to cache issue that the count was not reflected properly on the account. The counter resets occurs every Month.
