I'm trying to make an order. I sent the question a couple of days ago but didn't receive a response.
Your different price/plan options have different levels of data provided. Is the data used tallied and relates to total data used during the course of a year based on when the plan started, or when one deletes responses is the data then credited back toward total allowed usage?
Please respond ASAP so I can order a plan. Thanks.

The submission limit is monthly, meaning it resets the first of each month regardless your paying cycle. The counter will keep the track of each submission regardless of submission deletion.
On regards of the available space(for you to receive files through your form), if you reach the limit, you can free up space by deleting submission that contain upload files.
