Received payments limitAsked by Angela on December 13, 2015 at 12:27 PM
i have a jot form that is not integrated with payments. However, I am getting a notification that we are at our maximum amout of jot form payments.
How many any regular entries are we allowed for free?also, on mobile when entering phone number the form changes where the phone number is unable to be entered any suggestions for fixing this?
Sorry for the inconvenience. I checked your website (http://www.endlesssummercharters.net/BookaCharter.html) and I was able to review your form.
I checked your form and it shows that you have previously integrated a payment processor here. So the payments on your usage was for the previous submissions when the payment tool is still integrated.
For free plan, you have 100 secure submissions. As of right now, the number your received payments are 9. Once it reaches 10, your form will be disabled.
I can see now that the thank you page will redirect you to a page where your user can pay deposit through Paypal. Your receive payment limits will not be affected because of this.
Let us know if you have any questions. Thank you.
I need to create a separate thread regarding your other issue about the phone number field in the mobile. Please refer to this thread: http://www.jotform.com/answers/724278
