hi, I needed to downgrade my subscription back to the free version. I tried to do it in the billing area but it said error that I must contact you.

    As per your request, we have cancelled the Premium Monthly subscription on your account tennisfortexas. Your account shall be holding this subscription status till the end of current subscription period and then downgraded to Free.
