My Jotform has apparently exceeded its quota however i had set an unlimited amount of submissions, and from the information it has only reached 199. If i can please get an explanation and possible solution ASAP that would be appreciated as i have some very irritated customers who i would love to keep happy!

I did check your account and found that you have successfully upgraded to bronze monthly subscription plan.
The reason why your account was over quota is because you have exceeded the allowed submission and upload limits. In free account you can only receive up to 100 submission and 100 MB uploads but your account current usage is 236 submissions and 715.10 MB upload space utilization.
Since you have already upgraded your account, it is currently in good shape.
