Hey Guys,
I'm trying to create a simple order form. The logic would be as follows. Select Order type (3 options) each option provides different fields to select from. I want a check box at the end that you tick to add another item to the order. If ticked I want it to start at select order type again and show the new order under the 'order another item' check box. My problem (is this a limitation of jotform) is that I can't simply re use the fields I already have i.e. if order another item is selected then show order type (same entry as the first one) and then show the logic already in place.
The only way I have seen to do this is basically just keep recreating every field, which is like recreating the form again and again. Not useful at all I don't know how many orders might be made on the form. So it would only work for however many entries I added.
Maybe Jotform is not for this project?

As a nature of payment forms on JotForm, you can't add different payment tool for every order. The products need to be in one payment tool. However, you can add multiple payment tools in one form by using the guide from the link below:
http://www.jotform.com/help/182-How-to-Create-a-Basic-Multiple-Payment-form
As I have mentioned above, you can't repeat order type selection process for every product. The choice needs to be done in the beginning, then the product selection can be made only on the same payment tool.
If it is still blurry, please don't hesitate to contact us again.
Thanks.

Hi,
Thanks, I will take a look at this> I did not actually note that this is for internal use and does not need to involve payment at all. Just simply the process of being able to order multiple items.

Hello faceme,
If you do not need to process the payment, there are other alternatives which will allow you to display repetitive form field.
You may like to take a look at the following widgets which should help you achieve your requirement:
Please check the screenshot below:
Another alternative is to duplicate your form fields and then take advantage of our "Conditions" feature in your form to show/hide the form fields for another order.
Do get back to us if you would like to take the second approach of adding conditions and we will be happy to create a demo form for you.
Thank you!
