    Sub-user doesn't see content of submissions

    But what is weird and he can see all the entries, their IP address, and the submission number. But nothing else shows. I've given them view and edit permissions for submissions. I've tried giving him full permissions to all forms and it shows the same way. I've included a screenshot to what he is seeing.

    Sorry for this inconvenience. I just verified your account and all your sub users. I noticed that this is only occurring with the user keihiko, which is located in Europe. All your other sub users are located in the USA and are able to view the submissions correctly. If I am wrong please, please feel free to correct me.

    I have forward this to our back end team so they may analyze the issue. As soon as we have any information, we will immediately update you.

    That is right! Its only with Keihiko who is in the UK.

    It's been over a month and thought I'd check in to see if you all found a solution. He still can't see any content and he's one of my employees so he's not able to do anywork. I have a paid account and I really don't want to leave but if he can't get going I may have to look for another service.
