My account seems to reach quota very quickly every month, even though forms haven't utilized anywhere near the quota. This has been happening for months now. What can I do to resolve this issue?
I purchased the bronze account, but it has been saying that my account was the FREE account.

The latest payment registered was applied back in Oct 19, therefore the account was set back to free. Remember the subscriptions are meant to be charged every month automatically.
To resolve the issue simply re-upgrade. I've reactivated the account temporary so you can re-upgrade.
