One question on my form does not show up when I receive the form forwarded from our website

    Tenants complete the rental application and have to answer yes or no to the smoking question. Once they hit submit on the form it is forwarded to my email address. The question about smoking does not show up in the emailed form.

    It is possible that the field was just recently added and the email notification(notifier) on your form was not updated. 

    Also, I see that you've already opened a new thread about this. You may refer to that thread as my colleague, BJoanna, already posted an answer for your concern.
