How to resubscribe

    Hi Guys

    My current plan expires today and I have cancelled my payment with Paypal

    I want to resubsribe to a different package

    Went to My Account and pressed the 'resubscribe' button - however there are no clickable options on the following page

     

    Have I done something wrong, or do I have to wait until tomorrow to resubscribe?

    Hello Robert,

    You should be able to resubscribe via http://www.jotform.com/upgrade or http://www.jotform.com/upgrade_professional

    Can you check that?

    If you do manage to get the subscription through, please let us know so that we can check everything has went through our end ok.
