Lately I have been receiving notification emails that are empty. The required fields are empty but the form still seem to have been submitted successfully. How can that happen? When I try to do the same I cannot submit the form...
Is there some kind of glitch that results in me not getting the filled out form?

It is possible to submit forms with "empty" required text boxes that don't have any validation (like email validation, for instance) attached, by simple typing a space in the said box. However, the more likely cause in your form's case is that its validation is conflicting with a script on the page within which the form is embedded. To circumvent this, try substituting the iFrame version of the form for the current short embed code and let us know if it helps.

i do have some kind of this problem, forms are sending from the host email not refering the customer email address and it accepts any entry even if it is not an email address form.
It does exist in all my web ( http://www.fly2egy.com/tour-egypt/index.php ) contact forms.
Also is that related to the email delivery delay?

Please open a new thread for your own issue.
On first glance at the URL given, I see no JotForms embedded on your site anywhere.
If there is own, please feel free to open a new thread and post a direct link to the form in question.
