May we know which verification code are you referring to, please? If you referring to the verification code sent to you when you're creating a sender's email,
then, you can try to retrieve that by removing it first from your account's page under settings. (https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings)
Once you have successfully removed it, add it back and you will receive the same verification code on your email address.
