Eliminating answers after responses

We are doing a ranking of answers....what is most important, 2nd most, and so on.  We would like it where after someone selects an option to rank, that it then eliminates that choice from the other options (hope that makes sense).   Not sure if how I have it set up is the best option, but looking for suggestions.  We don't want it where it is possible for everyone to answer the same answer each time.

If I understand you correctly, once a users selects an option in a dropdown. This option should not be able to be selected in the next dropdown. Unfortunately, this is not possible. What I can suggest is to use the dynamic dropdown widget. With this widget you can configure it so the next dropdowns will not contain the previous selections.
