Why is my account not updated

    Why am I getting this E-mail again as I just upgraded this account on 31-1-12 according to my account it has not been paid but it has already been taken from my Back account please explain why my account has not been upgraded as my form had not be disabled as I have already upgraded my account. This need to be fix now. Please reply with. My Account name it moawards
