it seems that our form do not work properly when using Internet Explorer as displayer. Logos disappear and some items move from right to left and viceversa.
Is this normal? Should we advice users answering our forms to use Netscape, Firefox, Crom or Safari?

Your form looks the same under IE, Firefox, Safari, and Chrome on my end. Do you have this form embedded in another site? If yes, can you please provide us the URL of the exact page where it is embedded?
