Some of the forms not listed while sharing them to a sub-account user

    I am trying to share a form with a sub-user, The Rite of Calling the Candidates, etc and Rite of Election.  But I do not see them in the list to share with her.  Even if I share all forms, she still cannot see them.  Would you be able to give me some direction?  Thank you.  The screen shot shows that the forms in question are not listed.

    Thank you for being patient, Jim. I have tried several fixes to resolve the issue from my end. However, it seems that there is an issue with sharing the forms. I notice that the Forms are displayed in the Sharing screen only when the forms are moved to main folder (My Forms).

    Also, as I check the other user's account I'm able to see that the shared forms are displayed without any issue. You may get this confirmed from the other user. It looks like there is an issue with displaying the forms in Sub-account users page from your account.

    Let me forward the issue to our backend team to take a look. We will provide you with any update on the issue on this thread.

    Thanks, Kiran.  The other user can see the forms when they are in the Main Folder, but she cannot edit them.  Just so you know.  I'll look forward to hearing from you.

    The sub-account user need to click on Shared with you in order to view the forms shared from Main folder. Also, I see that the Form Rite of Election Registration is disabled from your account and hence sub-account user cannot edit it.

    Though the disabled forms can be shared, the sub-account users cannot enable them. Please enable the form from your account so that the sub-account user will be able to edit it.

    Thanks, Kiran.  When I enable the forms, the sub-user can view it but there is no option for editing.  Is there something else that I need to do?  It is strange because the sub-user was able to edit them over the summer...

    When I went in, I could see the forms in question were in the list.  Thanks.  So I gave the sub-user the rights to view and edit and now she can.  Thanks for you help!

    Great! Glad to see that your sub-account user is now able to edit the forms. I see that the issue is assigned to one of our developers and should be looking into it. Once we have any update, you'll be posted here.
