Unable to add a question as a chart in report

Report form is not working - when i get to my last set of questions they are not available to chart?

I cannot select the last set of questions in my report options????

Are you referring to a Visual Report or some other kind of report? Please also provide us with a form name/link in question.

The following field types should be supported by our Visual Report tool.

- Radio Button
- Check Box
- Star Rating
- Scale Rating
- Grading
- Slider
- Matrix
