I have set up a form and I am using it. I went in to make changes and it doesn't recoginize any of my emails to help me get in. I have even tried the email address that I get the notifications sent to!?!??!

While you were creating your account, you weren't logged in. Means, you created your form under a guest account. You just need to create a free account using the same email address(kimberly@but*********.net) you entered to your guest account. Your form will be automatically transferred to your new free account.
