Can I export all of my submissions from all of my forms at once?

Asked by crogel on February 02, 2012 at 11:40 AM

I have many different jot forms.  I need to export all of the new subissions each week to load into our Constant Contact email system.  Is there a way to do one export for all forms instead of going to each form and exporting them one at a time?

There is currently no way to export all submissions under your account at once, and I don't think there will ever be a way. Exporting submissions exceeding 1000 from a single form puts a good deal of stress in our server, what more for multiple forms?

What I suggest for you to do is to create Excel reports for your form then keep all the report URL's. This way, you will only have to paste the URLs in the browser to download them easily. You will not have to endure navigating through JotForm's interface just to download each form's submissions.

I am excited to post an update on this thread: We have just released integration with Constant Contact. You can now integrate your forms with Constant Contact and load your existing contacts on your forms into your Constant Contact email lists. Please give it a try and let us know what you think. You can read more details about this on my blog post:
