    I want to put a job app form on my website, its on word. I have made a app on jotform but i want this one instead. I also what the form to be sent to my email when they finish it.How can i do this.

    JotForm can only create (and host) html based forms. You need to mimic the Word form from scratch using our Form Builder tools. There is no other way around this.

    To have the form sent to your email when someone submits, you must have a notification email configured for your form. To learn more about that, please visit the link below:
