I am sending people to a personal url that only they have a link to. I have several hundred of these page url's.

    for example  adam_smith.jotform.com

if there is a form on this webpage can a field be prepoulated with the url so I know that adam  smith responded?

If this is possible is there also a way to make this prepopulated field hidden?

    thanks,

    John

    Hello John,

If you are using custom form URL or custom domain feature, it loads the same form. I do not see any challenge in pre populating the form fields with custom URL or custom domain and seems to be technically possible.

Can you please share your custom form URL and we will make few tests?
