My forms no longer email me

    Patients have filled out our Ask a question form which always went to our email, Denholtz@optonline.net.

    The forms are on jotform.com, but are not sent to Denholtz@optonline.net.

     

    Can you help?

    Hello Steven,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    I did check your form's notification email alert and did not find any issue with that. You have configured it correctly and you should be receiving the submission emails without any problem. 

    Upon checking our email logs, I found that the submission emails to denholtz@optonline.net is being failed. Please check the logs below:

    I am not sure what is causing this issue. I added a new email alert in your form and sent a test submission. It see the submission emails were sent successfully. Please check the logs below:
