Hello,
I created a form using my email agrasso@dbi.srl that is a new domain extension (.SRL) and I did not receive email from submission nor from the test.
Than I changed the email by an old one agrasso@hmspa.it that use a conventional domain extension and all its OK.
I did not receive any welcome message when subscribed in (using the agrasso@dbi.srl email).
I suppose here can be a problem using email address with new domain extension.
Please tell me if it is true or not.
Many thanks.
Antonio.

Hi, Antonio,
We are sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused.
Your email address, agrasso@dbi.srl is NOT in our bounce list.
I've also checked your Mail Logs. It seems [2015-12-16 07:50:33] FAILED to agrasso@dbi.srl from noreply@jotform.com via AMAZONSES
I am not sure what is causing of it. You can try white-list JotForm IP addresses with your service provider.
Please, check the guide below also:

Lastly, you are currently using a custom sender email address through verification method. If this is not working to some of your forms, I would suggest using our SMTP method(s):
