Problem with email that use new domain extensionAsked by agrasso on December 16, 2015 at 08:24 AM
I created a form using my email firstname.lastname@example.org that is a new domain extension (.SRL) and I did not receive email from submission nor from the test.
Than I changed the email by an old one email@example.com that use a conventional domain extension and all its OK.
I did not receive any welcome message when subscribed in (using the firstname.lastname@example.org email).
I suppose here can be a problem using email address with new domain extension.
Please tell me if it is true or not.
We are sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused.
Your email address, email@example.com is NOT in our bounce list.
I am not sure what is causing of it. You can try white-list JotForm IP addresses with your service provider.
Please, check the guide below also:
Lastly, you are currently using a custom sender email address through verification method. If this is not working to some of your forms, I would suggest using our SMTP method(s):
I hope that works.
