I created a form using my email email@example.com that is a new domain extension (.SRL) and I did not receive email from submission nor from the test.
Than I changed the email by an old one firstname.lastname@example.org that use a conventional domain extension and all its OK.
I did not receive any welcome message when subscribed in (using the email@example.com email).
I suppose here can be a problem using email address with new domain extension.
Please tell me if it is true or not.

Your email address, firstname.lastname@example.org is NOT in our bounce list.
I am not sure what is causing of it. You can try white-list JotForm IP addresses with your service provider.
