    When you go to the LightBox embed option, open a Customise menu and enable an 'Open on Page Load' option.

    Then, save the changes and copy your updated LightBox code.

    If you need any further assistance, please let us know.

    Hi,

    You can try to setup your lightbox code to automatically open the lightbox form on a desired time. You can check this article for more information: How to Auto popup a Lightbox Form. If you want to remove the close button in the lightbox, you can add this code in the lightbox code:

    <style>

    .jt-title div {

        display: none;

    }

    </style>

    Do let us know if you need further assistance.
    Regards.

    Hi,

    In the sample lightbox code below, the link to open the lightbox of your form is enclosed in the hyperlink tag <a></a>.

        <script src="https://form.jotform.com/static/feedback2.js?3.3.REV" type="text/javascript">

          var JFL_53501552836959 = new JotformFeedback({

            formId: '53501552836959',

            base: 'https://form.jotform.com/',

            windowTitle: 'Untitled Form',

            background: '#FFA500',

            fontColor: '#FFFFFF',

            type: 'false',

            height: 500,

            width: 700,

            openOnLoad: false

          });

        </script>

          <a class="btn lightbox-53501552836959" style="margin-top: 16px">

            Test Form

          </a>

    You can also try to use the Feedback Button code instead of LightBox code. You can check this article for more information:Creating a Feedback Button.

    Do let us know if you need further assistance.
    Regards.

    Unfortunately, the pop-up embed methods like "Lightbox" or "Pop-up" don't allow to use "%" values for width and height, so you can't make your form responsive, if you choose to use those methods.

    For your other question, if you want to make your "Lightbox" appears on click, please leave the "Open on page load" checkbox unchecked:

    This option will allow you to see the link of the "Lightbox" form like a button:

    Thanks.

    The answer is no, you don't need to create a image map. Creating a "Lightbox" or "Pop-up" embed code is enough to use it as a "Lightbox" or a "Pop-up". When the window opens (for the "Lightbox"), you have a link to your form and your form's header above of it. All you need to do is embed the code from the "Publish" wizard to your web page.

    You can indeed use an image map along with the lightbox form.  For exmaple, your current form would have image map code similar to this:

    <map name="Map" id="Map">

    <area shape="rect" coords="40,376,174,414" target="_blank" href="#Test" class="lightbox-53501552836959"/>

    </map>

    This would be used in addition to the Lightbox code.

    Hi,

    You simply need to add the image map code that my colleague gave you to the page where you want the lightbox to appear. You simply add the map code together with the lightbox code like the example below.

    <map name="Map" id="Map">

    <area shape="rect" coords="40,376,174,414" target="_blank" href="#Test" class="lightbox-53501552836959"/>

    </map>

     <script src="https://form.jotform.com/static/feedback2.js?3.3.REV" type="text/javascript"> var JFL_53501552836959 = new JotformFeedback({ formId: '53501552836959', base: 'https://form.jotform.com/', windowTitle: 'Untitled Form', background: '#FFA500', fontColor: '#FFFFFF', type: 'false', height: 500, width: 700, openOnLoad: false }); </script> <a class="btn lightbox-53501552836959" style="margin-top: 16px"> Untitled Form </a>

    Let us know if you need further assistance,
    Regards.

    Hi there,

    You need to add the following HTML code to add image to it and "src" is where you set the source of that image. Change the red marked area with the URL of the image.

     <img src="planets.gif" width="145" height="126" alt="Planets"

    usemap="Map">

    On the previous code which my colleagues has already provided, you need to change the "name"'s value same with the "usemap" in the "<map>" tag as "Map", then the final look of the code will just like the following:

     <img src="planets.gif" width="145" height="126" alt="Planets"

    usemap="Map">

    <map name="Map" id="Map">

    <area shape="rect" coords="40,376,174,414" target="_blank" href="#Test" class="lightbox-53501552836959"/>

    </map>

     <script src="https://form.jotform.com/static/feedback2.js?3.3.REV" type="text/javascript"> var JFL_53501552836959 = new JotformFeedback({ formId: '53501552836959', base: 'https://form.jotform.com/', windowTitle: 'Untitled Form', background: '#FFA500', fontColor: '#FFFFFF', type: 'false', height: 500, width: 700, openOnLoad: false }); </script> <a class="btn lightbox-53501552836959" style="margin-top: 16px"> Untitled Form </a>

    If you need any extra help, please let us know.

    Thanks.
