    Bom dia

    Gostaria de saber quais os campos de que não posso usar no JForm

    Se possível reativar minha conta, terei como excluir o formulário em questão.

    I have now reactivated your account. Our phishing detector tool are the one responsible for disabling or suspending users/forms that are suspicious. 

    The fields that are not allowed in JotForm are those fields that are asking for sensitive information like credit card details and password fields or login credentials. You also need to name your form correctly and avoid using generic titles like "Title Me".

    Obrigado Jan, se possível você poderia visualizar se o formulário está conforme os termos? Acabei de alterar os campos do formulário.

    I've checked your JotForms and they all seems to be normal and clean. I see that your JotForm is made in Portuguese and our language translation tool is not updated to scan some languages such as Arabic, French, etc. So, the forms made in these languages are likely to be automatically suspended considering phishing forms. Please take a look at our Terms of usage for more information on phishing forms. To avoid the automatic suspension on such forms, we recommend you to build your forms in English and then use our language translation tool to display it in your language by default. Please refer to the following guide that can help you with this.
