How can I get the text label on a form to be included on the email templates?

For example, we have a payment plan.

Field Label:

Payment 01/15/2016

Dynamic embed code:

{payment01151622}

 I would like to get the label, in this case "Payment 01/15/2016", into the field description on the email template. It successfully pulls the amount from the {payment01151522} but I also want the label in the email table field next to that value. I would like that for all of the payment fields.

There is no way to include a field label into a field {tag} value, so we would like to suggest adding the labels manually, or stick with the default ones.
