Jot form on site has stopped sending contacts by email

    I am the graphic designer for a client who has reported that the Jotform on their Wordpress site has stopped relaying leads, as it previously did. Client fills out the form for an appointment but the generated email is never sent to the main office. I did not create the site nor establish Jotform on the site so I'm not really sure the steps of how it was put on the site or even the specifics of the Jotform. Any assistance you can offer to help fix this issue would be much appreciated.

    The form is located under thedandelionpatch JotForm account.

    It has email conditions for different Store Location dropdown options.

    However, the embedded source code version on your web page is different from actual JotForm version. The Tysons Showroom location is missing at JotForm and has no associated email conditions.

    Do you still need different email recipient for different locations?
