I have a couple of questions around building new forms, details included below.

    Hi!

Is there a way to include an 'add another' option after a set of fields?

    For example:

    School attended: _____

    Dates attended: ____ to ____

    Level achieved: _____

    +Add another school

That way, applicants filling out the form can list as many schools or former employers etc. as may be relevant.

My other question: Can I change the time-values to 15 minute increments instead of 10 minute increments?

Thank-you in advance for your help.

    Hi,

For adding another set of fields in a form, you can try the Configurable List Widget. This article may help you with setting up the widget in your form: How to Set Up the Configurable List Widget.

As for the second question, I have moved the issue to another thread so we can assist you better. You can check the thread here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/727483.

Do inform us if you need further assistance,
    Regards.

Thank-you, the configurable list widget totally worked for me!

For feedback on the widget, my only challenges with it are that if you include too many fields, you can't bump them down to a second line, and the data appears to run off the page. Also, the date function doesn't allow me to enter the name of the day (Monday, Tuesday...) which is mildly annoying.
