When User is Trying to Submit the Form, It Says "Unavailable"

    If you are talking about the form called "National Digital Literacy Conference 2015", you have disabled it from the "My Forms", that's why users can't reach or submit the form.

     

    To enable it again,

    Hi again,

    Sorry for the misunderstanding. When I cloned your form, I got the same error message. This issue is happening, because the form has reached its submission limit. If you set it to a higher value, the problem will be gone.
