Importing an exisiting pdf file doesn't work

    Hi,

    We are an organisation that already has worked with JotForm, and we would like to import an existing file back into our list of forms but it doens't seem to be working.

     

    The file can be found here:

    Would it be possible to add these files back into our Jotform account? We can't see them at the moment.

    Hi Julie,

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to convert PDF file into a form. I assume that you have converted those PDFs from your old forms; but there is no way back from fillable PDF.

    After getting the fillable PDF from your form, you need to keep the source form. Without the actual form, you can't collect the data from the PDF. In this case, I'm afraid that you need to recreate the form manually with respect to the PDFs, there is no other option.
