    Expiration and Renewal

    Hello - Our plan is set to expire on January 5. We want to renew and understand it will auto renew, but we want to upgrade when the time comes. Should I do this on January 4 or 5th?

    You have just upgraded your account a few hours ago and the renewal date will be the same so it's January 16th and not 5th. Our payment processor will automatically charge your card on the renewal so you don't need to do it manually.

    I'm sorry. I've found it. The payment record is already cancelled to our payment processor and the Economy Plan is manually attached to your account so you will have to renew this manually on or before January 5th.

    Hello,
    I’m sorry to confuse, but happy to clarify. We do not want to renew at the Economy plan. We want to renew at an upgrade. My question is, to avoid an automatic renewal at the lower Economy level, do I need to press “upgrade” on January 4th or January 5th.

    No worries and my apologies too. Yes, simply press upgrade button and enter your credit card details. You can do it on 4th or 5th January.
