Manipulating forms that are visible to my other users

Hi there, I'm wondering if there is any way to manipulate which forms are visible to the other users in my company? It seems they are able to see everything including archived forms, without any distinctions between them. I marked the important ones with "favorite" but they can't see which ones are my favorites. I have about 8 forms going, and 3 archived forms, but only 2 should be visible to the other staff. How can I do this?

    Thank you!

nevermind--I figured out that if I use folders, they are able to see my folders. Thank you!

Glad to hear you have figured things out.  On another note regarding folders and sub-users, any forms created in the folder shared by you by your sub-users will be created in your account.  Any forms created outside of the shared folder will be created in their own account and will not receive the upgraded limits.

oh dear! Now I'm a little confused! How do I create something outside of the shared folder, and what do you mean by upgraded limits?

    Thanks!

If you add someone as a sub-user, the shared folders appear in their account.  Any forms they create in those folders will add the form to your account.  If the create a form outside those folders, the form will be placed in their own account.  If they have a Free account, since the form was created in their own account, that form will have their account limits.  Where as if they create the from in a folder you shared with them, since the form is then create in your account, it will have your limits.  Your Premium account submission limits were what I was referring to by upgraded limits.
