Your forms will be temporarily disabled until the next monthly reset or until you will upgrade your account to the next plan.
Note that when you consume 90% of your submissions, our system will email you about it prompting you to check or upgrade your account.

Will deleting submissions solve the problem of submission limit?

Deleting submissions will clear up storage space, however, it will not give you more submissions. You can increase your regular submissions limits by completing the "Get More" tasks in your account:
There is not currently a way to increase your payment submission limits without subscribing.
