Hi,
I checked the recipient email of your two forms. Your first form (http://www.jotform.us/form/53507220725146) sends email to info@hom.com. I checked the mail log of the email and it was sent successfully.
Your second form (http://www.jotform.us/form/53507434877161) sends email to blog@hom.design. I checked the mail log of the email and the emails was not successfully sent.
I checked our bounce list and the email is not included in the list. It seems there is an issue with @hom.design domain in sending emails. Can you try a different email like the @hom.com domain you use in your other form and see if you will receive the email?
