Incorrect monthly submissions limit

I checked your account and you are still well below your limits.  I see you currently at 201/340 and should have no issues with your account being over limit.  The email may have been in error. 

If you do have any trouble with your forms due to being over limit, let us know and we will be happy to fix whatever is needed.

I have run a refresh of your account monthly submission counter and it seems to have fixed the issue already.

Please try to login again to your account at http://www.jotform.com/login to see the updated status.

Dear, again I received an email from JotForm "Account Quota Over 220 submissions", but 5 days ago I had 340 submissions, My problem is that every 5 days My account change from 340 to 220.

What can I do?.

The 220 submissions/month appears to be a correct limit according to the Get More page.

100 (original) + 10 + 10 + 25 + 25 + 50 = 220

While your account previously had 340 submissions per month, this seems to have been in error as far as we can tell. The number of your monthly submissions is at 220, as our colleague Mike has also counted above.

You have 100 submissions per month for the free plan, +50 for writing a review, +25 for tweeting about us and +25 for sharing us on Facebook, and +10 for following us on Twitter and +10 for following us on Facebook.

This totals to 100 + 50 + 25 + 25 + 10 + 10 = 220.

We are not sure how your account previously had 340 submissions per month, but by calculating and recalculating your current monthly limits, the number of submissions should be at 220. This is why our system is automatically setting the number of submissions to 220 per month in your account.

If you believe this to be in error and there is some other ground for having additional 120 submission over this limit on your account that our system missed, please do let us know about the reason why the account limit should be higher. Otherwise, your current submission limits seem to be at 220 per month.

If you need more submissions than that, you can also try upgrading your account to a higher plan - our Yearly plans are currently on 50% off sale.

Yes, on January 1st your monthly submission counter will revert back to zero (with 220 submissions available for January).

The submissions counter resets on the first day of each month.
