I have a PDF fillable application that new applicants need to fill out and submitt payment. Can this be done using JotForm?

We are a membership based health sharing ministry. We have applicants that need to fill out an application, fill it out completely, select payment options and submit. We currently use Cornerstone payment systems for credit card payments. We use ACH options as well. The application can be viewed on our website under the Join Now tab. It is currently a PDF.

Hi Randy, yes, you can create any form and turn your online - webform into a fillable PDF form.

However if you wish to collect payments you would need to do that over our payment tools, which include:

PayPal (Standard, Express and Pro), Stripe, Authorize.net, PayMill, Purchase Order, BrainTree, 2Checkout, ClickBank, WorldPay, Bip1

Please do note that you can not capture any credit card details on your form such as credit card number, security code and similar or your account would be disabled - it is only possible to collect payments over the payment processing tools mentioned above.

If that works for you, you can, as mentioned above create your form and turn it into a fillable PDF just the same.

Please do let us know if you have any additional questions in regards to this and we would be happy to answer them.
