My form is not send me the email notification today.

    I just tested the form from inside JotForm and got the test message but I had two people upload video files today using the form and did nt get a notification for either one.  We had submission using the form on Wed. and Thur. and in all cases, I received the email notification but today it seems to be broken.   Any ideas?

    I did a test submission and did not get the "Thank You" confirmation or the email notification.

    Hi Don,

    We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Can you please add these ip addresses to your mail provider's whitelist?

    If this still doesn't work, please do let us know. So we can investigate further.

    Not sure ir our company IT dept will allow this. They are paranoid about whitelisting IPs.

    Will your notification sends work with gmail?  I can easily change my address in your notification form.

    I have sent sample submissions using your form and base on the mail logs the message was successfully sent. May we know if this message landed successfully on your email inbox/spam? Also, please retest everything on your side. Thanks.

    Gmail is another great  email provider and we don't received any issue using gmail, so far. So, it's most probably working. If this problem still persist, please let us know so we could go deeper investigation about this.

    I received you test. This morning I have submitted several tests from my web page and all have work.  I edited notification 2 to send to my gmail address.  I do not think this was an IP related issue as the form was working earlier yesterday and then stopped but to give myself some back up, I am senting the notice to two different emails.   Test have all be successful. I think this problem is resolved for now.
